The mission of howtocontrolanger.net is to help people who find it hard to control their reactions and behaviours when they become angry. The intention of providing information on this site is that people can begin a journey to master their own internal world, get a better understanding of themselves’ and find ways of gaining control of how they process their emotions, and then learn to express them without resorting to shouting and aggressive behaviour.

The articles are written from my own experiences, psychology studies and observations of the interactions of people of all shapes and sizes.

It is important to note that I am not a counsellor or a therapist and no information on this site should ever be taken as medical advice.  If you cannot control your temper in any way, you should consult your doctor for some proper medical advice, as they are trained professionals and some issues that cause anger may be medically related.
